dear dancers,

so the studio i started teaching at downtown (www.loftensemble.com) needs a bit more time to organize the dance department. it functions as an acting space, and they are too busy at the moment with the theater programs to get the studio functioning. word is they would like to have the dance studio up and running in summer.

thus, i am not teaching there for the time being.
many apologies to those of you who have danced with me there or for those of you who planned to take class downtown.

so the dear studio i've been teaching at for the past 5 years is expanding in size. in honor of a much needed extra room to move, we will be charging only $5 for all classes saturday May 1st, including my contemporary class at at 4pm. check out the schedule and come day for cheap on may day!

dancing for the people: dancing for the people is an open level dance class for all humans. it is a non-competitive class that uses movement to explore body awareness. we stretch like yogies, crunch like joseph pilates and run around wildly in sync like some abstract circus.
