my tuesday/thursday morning classes at the SWEAT SPOT have shifted.

i will be teaching TUESDAYS 6-7pm and THURSDAYS 10:15-11:15am.
however, starting the week of September 6th, i will be teaching TUESDAYS 6-7pm and SATURDAYS 11-12noon.
